Leveraging globalization to make an impact

In the mid-1980s, Dr. Felix Zandman’s vision of globalization put Vishay on the map in Israel. We worked with the government to bring jobs into the then-struggling city of Dimona with a repurposed factory space. We acquired companies such as Dale, Draloric, and Sfernice, we launched, and leadership and training were put in place to train a new workforce.
