Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.?  Vishay Beer Sheva is currently seeking applicants for a Manufacturing Operator. In this position, you will be responsible for the production and assembly of products, ensuring quality standards are met, and operating machinery and equipment. Manufacturing operators play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the production line.

You will work with specialized machines or test devices, according to work procedures and work schedules, given plans etc.

Beer Sheva is the capital of the Negev and is located in the southern part of Israel.

The factory in Beer Sheva was established in 1996 in “Emek Sarah” industrial area.

What you will be doing:

• To ensure compliance with production plans and production line outputs and keep production assigned overall efficient.
• To adhere or ensure adherence to relevant internal work instructions, safety rules and applicable regulations (e.g., EHS).
• To execute, supervise or manage manufacturing processes an assigned, according to specified procedures, e.g., Prepare wafers, components or semi-products and monitors related hand-stock. Process components or semi-products/products according to specifications and quality standards. Perform basic machine-related setup and/or CNC / SPS-programming, if required.
• To cooperate with maintenance technicians.
• To check continuously quality of products produced.
