Responsibilities

• Be the contact window of assembly site and other factory for TVS wafer product
• To support project of front-end and back-end, from integration for fab to assembly site to troubleshoot quality issues of different modules 
• Product improvement and optimization. Introduce new platform from RD or other factory

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Physics, EE, Chemical Engineering or related major
• Minimum 5 years of experience in wafer & assembly processes
• Familiar with Diodes characteristics
