Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.?  Vishay INDIA is currently seeking applicants for Senior Salesforce Developer. In this position, you will be responsible to support existing global Vishay Salesforce implementation and also work on further implantations and enhancements.

Job Location:

Vishay India (VCIPL) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Vishay Intertechnology Inc, USA. Our state-of-the-art manufacturing unit is in Loni near Pune wherein around 1000 employees are employed. VCIPL has also established a Global IT support center at Magarpatta Cyber City in Pune and Sales offices at Bangalore & Delhi (NCR).

What you will be doing:

• Facilitate the implementation and support of further Salesforce functionalities.
• Collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders to validate business requirements and any considerations (security, scalability etc.)
• Create and maintain custom objects, fields, and validation rules.
• Develop and maintain automation processes using workflows, process builder, and flows.
• Design and implement reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales and marketing performance.
• Assist in data migration, data cleansing, and data quality initiatives.
• Adhere to Salesforce best practices.
• Use Salesforce API’s to integrate with other systems used in the organization.
• Troubleshooting
• Support for Salesforce business administrator and occasionally end-user support.

What you will bring along:

• Professional work experience as a Salesforce developer (4-6 years)
• Extensive Salesforce Sales Cloud product knowledge
• Data modeling, capability to design robust and scalable data structures.
• Familiarity with Salesforce tools like Flows and LWCs and APEX
• Experience with integrating Salesforce and SAP (API development etc.)
• Knowledgeable of SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language) and SOSL (SalesForce Object Search Language)
• Salesforce certifications are preferred.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate with international business stakeholders.
• Ability to write, interpret and implement technical specifications.
• Familiarity with multiple implementation standards and methodologies.
