The Assembly & Test Operations team provides value add by:
- Adhering or ensuring adherence to relevant internal work instructions, safety rules and applicable regulations (e.g., EHS).
- Executing, supervising or managing back-end assembly and test operations:
- * Die preparation and attachment.
- * Bonding, molding, trim form, testing, etc.
- * Organizing assigned stocks for parts, semi-products or components.
- * Assembling according to plan, and using specific equipment (machines, specialized tools).
- Performing prescribed sight checks, functionality or general quality test routines and procedures.
A job at this level:
- Applies generic skills to execute assigned sequenced work in loops.
- May utilize simple tools, devices to assemble (same) pieces to parts, in a highly repetitive mode.
- Keeps workplace assigned in a clean state.
- Obeys internal work rules and environment, health & safety regulations, as valid for the workplace.
$16.50-$18 per hour.
