Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.?  Vishay Dover, manufacturer of custom inductor and transformer electrical components, is currently seeking applicants for a full-time Final Inspector responsible for performing in-process, final, and packaging inspections.    

Job Location:

We’re located southwest of downtown Dover which is the largest city in the New Hampshire Seacoast region, the oldest permanent settlement in New Hampshire, and the seventh in the U.S.A.  We’re less than seven miles from the main campus of UNH, and did you know that Dover even is the birthplace of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles franchise? 

What you will be doing:

  • Ensures in-process and finished products meet specifications
  • Accepts or rejects orders after analytical data is evaluated
  • Prepares and reviews customer-required data and certification packages
  • Uses gauges and test equipment to perform inspections
  • Refers to and understands assembly drawings, blueprints, specifications, and inspection criteria procedures
  • Participates in NCM and MRB disposition activity
  • Ensures incoming raw materials and packaging inspections are completed in a back-up capacity

What you will bring along:

  • High school diploma or its equivalent
  • At least one year of manufacturing experience
  • Familiarity with ERP systems highly beneficial
  • Excellent skills in MS Office products
  • Ability to deal with confidential information
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
