Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.?  Vishay UltraSource in Hollis, NH is currently seeking applicants for a Facilities Manager responsible for ensuring the facility is safe and well maintained for team members by managing infrastructure of the site and supporting EHS regulatory compliance.

Job Location:

Hollis, NH is a small suburb in Southern New Hampshire, an hour north of Boston, MA and conveniently located near other major cities and access points in the New England area. Vishay UltraSource has 27,000 sq. ft of manufacturing space and approximately 85 employees working between two shifts.

What you will be doing:

  • Help maintain safe, secure and healthy work environment.
  • Prevent accidents by investigating and identifying root causes and hazards
  • Enable productive business operations by managing facility requests in the computer maintenance management system (CMMS)
  • Provide maintenance services by determining work priorities and execution of necessary work
  • Implement preventitive maintenance programs by reviewing production, quality control and maintenance reports and statistics and inspecting equipment to ensure operational standards are met
  • Manage facility team employees
  • Identify current and future facilities planning requirements
  • Other responsibilities as required

What you will bring along:

  • College undergraduate degree or technical discipline
  • Strong technical skills in MS Office Products, knowledge of CMMS systems
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders across all levels of seniority
  • Semiconductor/passive components/ thin film or manufacturing experience preferred
  • Mechanical aptitude preferred
  • Financial and commercial acumen, including the ability to interpret and make recommendations/ decisions based on presented data
  • Understanding the thin film business models and the related job function impact to margins and revenue growth
  • Working with hazardous materials as needed
  • Willing to travel as needed
