A job at this level:

• Under supervision, enters orders into SAP or Vantage and places orders with vendors.
• Issue RFQ’s as necessary.
• Review and modify scheduling of supplies to insure uninterrupted production.
• Maintain monthly purchasing related reports and information.
• Investigate new suppliers and products.
• Insure all items and services are properly documented and communicated.
• Work with AP and vendors to resolve discrepancies.
