Where You'll Work & The Scope:
Vishay Yankton, South Dakota is currently seeking a full-time Product Marketing Engineer responsible in supporting the customer base with technical knowledge for assigned product lines.
How You'll Help Us Build the DNA of Tech:
- Responsible to increase design-in rate for assigned product lines
- Understand competitors and their products
- Assist in defining market strategies and new product direction
- Understands current status of customer requirements for existing and future products
- Identifies, evaluates and recommends marketing opportunities
- Works effectively with Vishay Sales and FAE's, Reps, Distributors and customers to support technical opportunities
- Maximize VM by pushing the focus products of the division
- Research, compile and analyze product and competitor data
- Other duties as assigned
The Experience You'll Need:
- Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree preferred with a desire or interest in Marketing
- 1+ years' previous experience in Marketing and/or Engineering or Electronics Technology
- Interest in technology and electronics a plus
- Strong communication skills essential along with strong technical skills in MS Office products
