Senior Manager, HR Asia

Vishay Intertechnology Asia Pte Ltd is currently seeking a permanent Senior Manager, Employee Development responsible for Global Employee Development function:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Drive global organizational development activities including leadership development, talent management and development, talent retention, succession pipeline, employee engagement.
  • Lead and facilitate leadership development program for Asia region.
  • Identified key talent within the organization as part of succession planning and business continuity.
  • Lead regional succession planning process and conduct regional talent review.
  • Coordinate implementation of global leadership and training programs for Asia region.
  • Drive and coach young talent in our young talent program.
  • Support implementation of Asia HR projects, access and identified business training and development needs to meet business requirement.
  • Act as a business partner to support HR operations activities in Asia offices.
  • Perform the role of HR advisor in business partnering on all HR matters to management.

 Requirements:

  • Bachelor in Business major in Human Resource or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years of experiences in training or Human Resources with 5 years of regional HR exposure
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin
  • Good knowledge of Asia culture and labour law.
