Vishay China is currently seeking a permanent Customer Service Officer for CS function in Shanghai:

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Order management (new order processing, order confirmation, pull-in, push-out, cancellation etc.)
  • Review consignment hub, monitor customer consumption
  • Process RMA, CN/DN request from customers
  • Communicate with planning to pull in order per customer requests
  • Expedite shipment with logistic for urgent cases, follow up and get information from them
  • Work with Marketing to set up P/N, clarify any issue on price or quotation
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

 

 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Good English listening, speaking & writing skills
  • Minimum 2 years CSR work experience in semiconductor industry
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different communication styles
  • Ability to manage stressful situations
