Sr. Manager, HR China

Vishay in China is currently seeking a permanent Senior Manager, Human Resources, for China HR operations function:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for COE management in China, act as an advisor to different functional COE, recommend and implement strategies to support business plan.
  • Oversee China HRIS team and review existing process, SOP, compliance and documentation.
  • Staffing analysis and reporting, diagnosis immediate and long term staffing needs, plan tactical workforce to be in alignment with business needs.
  • Work with operations to identify key positions and jointly seek out potential successor.
  • Supervise, train, coach staff of HR functions.

 Requirements:

  • Bachelor in Business major in Human Resource or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years of experiences in Human Resources operations
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin
  • Good knowledge of Asia culture and labour law.
