HR Specialist

Job responsibilities:

1 Data Analysis, cost impact estimation, proposal update and approval support in responsible sites

- AI, special review, starting pay, retention program etc;

2 Brecon analysis for G&A in responsible sites;

3 Budget & Forecast Personnel cost update & analysis support in responsible sites;

4 Period cost analysis report support for Operations in responsible sites;

5 Center payroll SOD support;

6 One China project support.

 

Job requirements:

1 Bachelor degree or above in HR or relating major;

2 More than 4 years C&B experience, prefer in MNC organization;

3 Good Written & Spoken English skills.
