Vishay UltraSource in Hollis, NH is looking for a skilled Accountant who can manage the day-to-day tasks of A/P, A/R, general ledger transactions, inventory and cycle counts as well as provide support in the areas of cost accounting, fixed assets and monthly and year-end close activities to the Division Controller. The ideal candidate will have superior attention to detail, a drive to succeed and passion for taking on new challenges.



  • Perform account reconciliations.
  • Prepare journal entries.
  • Weekly cash clearing and AR file/details send to collections team.
  • Recording and review of Accounts Payable including matching invoices to purchase orders and entering invoices into the ERP system.
  • Preparing and processing weekly check runs.
  • Post biweekly Payroll details into local GL, prepare month end Payroll accrual.
  • Record fixed asset acquisitions and dispositions in the ERP system.
  • Calculate the depreciation for all fixed assets.
  • Generate and Review Weekly Cycle Counts.
  • Bi-Weekly Concur Approvals.
  • Assist the Specialty Thin Film Division Controller during month-end and year-end close process.
  • Assist with Inventory Transactions and Reporting.
  • Assist with Monthly Financial Reporting for Management.
  • Assist with cost analysis, including inventories, Manufacturing labor, materials, profit planning and cost variance analysis.
  • Assist with Audit Process.
  • Assist with developing, interpreting, and implementing financial concepts for Financial planning to be inline with Sox and Internal Controls.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounting.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and in using ERP systems.
  • Demonstrated planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must have a customer-oriented focus with a creative and winning attitude.
  • Experience with costing analysis, preferably in manufacturing.
