Engineering Supervisor

Vishay Dale in East Windsor, CT is currently seeking a Process Engineer. The Process Engineer is responsible for supporting our customer base with technical knowledge for assigned product lines. The Process Engineer is an active member of a multidisciplinary group located in different sites.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Maintain current status of customer requirements for existing and future products for E-Beam welding technology.
  • Identify, evaluate and recommend marketing opportunities consistent with product line objectives
  • Work effectively with other staff members and operations team
  • Research, compile and analyze data.
  • Develops manufacturing processes and sets KPI’s (Key Process Indicators)
  • Create effective presentations for Operations training
  • Handles multiple projects at the time with clear deliverables
  • Coordination with international suppliers and customers

 

Requirements:

  • 3 years or more of related experience
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering
  • TRAVEL WILL BE REQUIRED LOCALLY AND INTERNATIONAL
  • Automotive core tools (CP, FMEA, FC, SPC) and Statistical proficient (use of MINITAB is a plus)
