Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.?  Vishay Kaohsiung Diodes, TW is currently seeking applicants for a Supervisor, HR. Responsible for assistting in rolling out HR full function program. Ensure HR system and rules are on right track. To ensure that the company complies with laws and regulations. To assist in dealing with employee relations and improving employee benefits.

Vishay General Semiconductor Taiwan Ltd. Kaohsiung Branch is located in Kaohsiung Nanzih Technology Industrial Park, home of many high-tech companies and Vishay is the one of the few foreign companies. At Vishay General Semiconductor Taiwan Ltd. Kaohsiung Branch provides you with responsible and ethical leadership and we promote sound environmental health and safety principles and practices by encouraging open communication with employees, governmental agencies, suppliers, contractors, customers, and industry groups.

What you will be doing:

• To assist oversee all HR functions.
• Employee relationship building and friendly working environment maintenance.
• Support the needs of KH plant construction and provide immediate and effective solutions.
• Implement HR projects and support Diodes KHH ramp up.
• Support customer audit and meet HR KPI target.

What you will bring along:

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• At least 8 years of working experience in HR.
• Knowledge of labor law. 
• Fluent English.
• Good PC skills (word/Excel/PowerPoint).
