The Business Marketing team provides value add by:
Defining, implementing and/or maintaining strategies for cross-divisional business growth, and sets up an overall roadmap of products and solutions of all assigned divisions.
Observing the markets, collecting, analyzing and evaluating information, and identifying opportunities for business in the regions.
Deciding the pricing strategy and ensures that related standards and guidelines are adhered in all assigned divisions.
Leading negotiations of contracts and package deals with OEM, EMS and Distributors, and coordinating the involved divisions.
Building relations to key stakeholder and influencers and initiates measures to increase visibility of VISHAY in the market.
Supporting product or market related growth & profit strategies, and support road-mapping for product's lifecycles.
Ensuring proper administration and reporting of all marketing activities and marketing processes, utilizing the respective systems.

Identifies and approaches stakeholder (both internal and external), and provides in-depth consultancy about cooperation.
Analyzes requests, elaborate and align customized options for related projects, investments or products.
Designs the concepts for identified business cases for cooperation with related stakeholders.
Designs and implement specific guidelines or standards, and align them with all stakeholders involved.
Coordinates resources and services needed, manages activities, evaluates milestones and accepts deliveries.
Ensures adherence to budgets and achievement of targets as agreed.
