Responsibilities :

•  Plan, manage and develop overall aspects of the company's tax process – Direct and Indirect tax.

•  Track ongoing assessments and prepare documentation for submissions before Tax Authorities.

•   Prepare all tax papers on a regular basis.

•    Monitor legislative and regulatory tax law developments and create strategies to capitalize on changes to taxation legislation.

•   Ensure overall compliance with laws and regulations.

•   Support in assessing financial risks and suggesting preventive measure

•   Coordinating with the internal and external audit agencies.

•   Presenting audit findings to the higher management.

•   Assist in Preparing financial statements, balance sheets, budget forecasts and report discrepancies if any.

•   Develop financial control policies and procedures.

•   Manage and oversee all accounting operations.
