Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.?  Vishay General Semiconductor Taiwan, Ltd. is currently seeking applicants for a Nurse (night shift) 廠護 醫務室護理師 晚班.

You will be responsible for the management of on-site clinic, monitoring general health of on-site employees in accordance with regulations and administrating health care related activities. You will also be supporting other projects assigned by your supervisor. 依循法規管控廠內員工健康，執行健康等相關活動及其他主管交辦專案

What you will be doing:

• To administrate health check and special check-ups for employees and new hires, manage employee health record and monitor abnormal conditions 辦理在職員工、新進人員及特殊作業健康檢查、健康管理及異常報告追蹤

• To promote occupational injury prevention, provide health care consultation and provide first-aid and emergency treatment 職業傷害傷病防治、健康諮詢、急救及緊急處置

• To analyze employee health check results, provide reports and secure all data in records 勞工健康檢查紀錄分析、評估、管理與保存

• To deploy or arrange health care enhancement related seminars or activities for employees 辦理健康促進講座及相關衛教活動

• To execute other projects assigned by supervisor 其他主管交辦事項

What you will bring along:

• Bachelor degree or above major in Nursing related 教育部認可之國內外公私立大學院所護理科系畢業，具護理師證書

• Labor Health Services Nurse certified (received 52 hours training) 具勞工健康服務護理人員資格(52小時課程結業證書)

• Minimum 8 year of clinical experience in hospital, including minimum 5 years of Labor Occupational Health Services experience, preferably from electronics factories/industry 八年以上臨床護理資歷(含五年以上從事勞工職業健康服務經驗)，具工廠端護理人員經驗優先考慮

• Familiar with Occupational Safety and Health regulations, general health care knowledge, occupational medical knowledge, health care management program and health care enhancement knowledge 熟稔勞工健康保護四大計畫指引作業，熟稔職業安全衛生相關法令、一般醫療保健知識、職業醫學知識、健康管理專案、健康促進知識

• Familiar with MS office 熟悉OFFICE文書軟體

• Basic English 英文略通
