Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.?  Vishay Mumbai, India is currently seeking applicants for Jr Engineer QA Position.

What you will be doing:

·Responsible for developing, applying, revising, and maintaining quality standards for processing materials into partially finished or finished products.

· Designs and implements methods and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the precision and accuracy of products and/or production equipment.

· Analyzes reports and returned products and recommends corrective action. Prepares documentation for inspection/testing procedures.

 · Evaluate from a reliability standpoint, the materials, properties and techniques used in production.

 · Responsible for advising design engineering on selection, application and test of electronic components and systems.

 · Determine reliability requirements of components and systems.

· Develop new acceleration techniques and analytical tools to assure the early identification of potential problems with new products, packaging & processes.

· Make recommendations for changes in the selection /application of components & systems. Leadership & Team Development

·Evaluate the new material for dimensions as per the qualification plan.

· Prepare the First Article Inspection Report (FAIR).

· Achieve defined key performance indicators.

 · Adopt a data based approach to resolve product / material evaluation issues.

· Perform visual, dimensional inspection for the new materials.

 · Perform measurements to verify the product characteristics.

· Determine the inspection procedures.

· Ensure on – time release of report with proper analysis of data.

· Develop analytical tools to assure the early identification of potential problems with new products, packaging, and processes

What will you bring along:

• 6+ Yrs of Experince in Product Queality Assurance in Electronics Manufacturing domain.

• Product Reliability Lab working experience required.

• Exp on Electronic or Electrical performance evaluation.

• Electronic or electrical work background.
