We are seeking for a Section Head -Customer Technical Support to lead and to manage Automotive Quality customer requirement, which includes PPAP/Questionnaire/Customer Spec Review process, audit process and driving world-class customer quality experiences. This role requires attention to details, effective communication, and strong project/program management to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
This individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Automotive customer quality process, establishing Key Performance Indicators for end-to-end global automotive customer quality process, and driving the efficiency & effectiveness of the process.
