The Facility Management team provides value add by:
Proposing and implementing FM budgets, and monitors related spendings.
Ensuring all technical and legal regulations with regards to facility state and operations are met at all times.
- Achieves mechanical maintenance operational objectives by contributing to preventive maintenance; preparing and completing preventive maintenance schedules; identifying issues and acting upon them for permanent solutions; should possess breakdown-resolving skills; determining system improvements; and implementing change. Diagnosing problems with equipment or systems and implementing appropriate solutions to resolve issues efficiently.
- Perform for developing and implementing a routine maintenance program to keep a facility’s equipment up and running.
- Perform Mechanical Engineering, Design & Calculations—HVAC, Cooling Water Systems, Compress Air Systems
- Should have hands-on experience on air compressors, HVAC, DG sets, cooling towers, dust collector systems, vacuum pumps, pumping systems, exhaust systems, and RO plants.
- Should be capable of carrying out low-budget repair and maintenance projects such as air conditioning systems.
- Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and equipment inventories to track performance and compliance.
- Provides engineering support by responding to requests for mechanical and electrical problems.
- Complies with functional and EHS codes by adhering to requirements and advising the department on needed actions.
- Maintains supply inventory by checking mechanical material stock to determine inventory levels, anticipating needed supplies, and informing the department about the requirements.
- Keeps equipment operating by following standard operating instructions and procedures; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; and calling for repairs.
- Enhances facilities services and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
