Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.? Vishay General Semiconductor Taiwan, Ltd.---Taipei Mosfets Division- SiC Sub-Division, is currently seeking applicants for a Sr. Chief Engineer I, R&D (Product Development).
You will be responsible for SiC Power MOSFET product development, co-work with foundry and internal party directly. Also focus on reliability qualification and production line yield improvement. This position will functionally report to R&D management team in San Jose.

We are located in the heart of Xindian District, New Taipei City, where the public transportation and living functions are quite convenient, just 10 minutes walking distance from Qizhang MRT Station and Yulon City mall.
To facilitate the development and release of SiC Power MOSFET products
To improve foundry yield and control product yield
To conduct reliability qualification and failure analysis, generating detailed device analysis reports
To interface with various departments, including Production, PIE/PE/QA, Purchasing/Planning, IE/IT, and Accounting, to ensure seamless project execution
Master's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor Physics or Material Sciences
Minimum 3 years of related experience in semiconductor process engineering
Experience in SiC device manufacturing or power semiconductor device fabrication
Practical experience working with semi foundry is required
Familiar with curve tracer, wafer level testing and failure analysis
Fluent in English speaking and writing
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Good team player
