The Quality Assurance & Systems team provides value add by:
Implementing and/or maintaining Divisional QA systems, guidelines, tools or test procedures for assigned operations.
Developing, aligning and ensuring implementation of QA budgets, assigning and monitoring projects and allocate resources.
Planning, creation and moderation of FMEA processes for product development and production operations.
Leading audits to ensure products meet both own and customer's quality and product integrity requirements.
Supporting operations team by providing analysis and expertise throughout the inspection process.
Managing customer claims, by identifying root causes of problems, and recommending corrective measures.
A job at this level:
Consults with stakeholders in senior management on principle aspects of critical infrastructure systems and processes.
Observes and evaluate market trends, and assesses related opportunities and risks of implementing new market developments.
Designs change concepts, initiate and consults on implementation, and/or eventually lead change programs.
Manages large/strategic/critical/ A-classified infrastructure or modernization projects, and coordinates all resources involved.
Ensures adherence to agreed budgets, resources, as well as to given principle standards and limits.
Deploy meaningful management reports on the infrastructure and related projects assigned.
Represents the corporate expertise in the field of specialism, as recognized internal top expert for specific technical subject(s).
