The Equipment Service & Maintenance team provides value add by:
Planning and executing assigned maintenance processes, ensures completion of projects and maintain records for each project.
Analyzing technical problems on site, and completing maintenance procedures or repairs, according to plan.
Overseeing or executing ramp up, set up and starting procedures to prepare machines and equipment for operations.
Contributing to installation projects on site, and support accountable Industrial Engineers.
Meet and exceed VPI Production goal for machine uptime / availability and delivery compliances
Collaborate with Quality group in error proofing processes.
Resolve machines issues identified as reasons for customer returns.
Ensure compliance to Company’s strategies, policies, programs and practices for the health, safety and well-being of employees.
Team up with production supervisors in achieving at 100% productivity
Supporting maintenance of technical documentations of processes and equipment.
A manager at this level:
Plans and oversees technical service-related processes (maintenance, repair, setup, installation) in a qualified team of technicians.
Ensures high level of service for the supported organizations, and ensures continuous contacts to all internal stakeholder.
Continuously maintain team's work schedule and organize the team resources respectively.
Provides guidance to team members with respect to the operational procedures applied.
Ensures work documentation if necessary, and a proper reporting for all stakeholder involved.
