Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech? Vishay-Ametherm is currently seeking applicants for a Press Room
Operator. Responsible for loading ceramic discs into the kiln. Work requiring keeping up with the pace of the kiln,
loading discs up to 4 levels high multiple times throughout the shift. Should be able to perform multiple
operations daily and will also test units to verify product is built to specifications.

Job Location:

The ideal candidate will be working on-site in the state of Nevada, USA in Carson City. Carson City is the state
capital and is just a quick 30 minutes from the beautiful Lake Tahoe and 30 minutes away from The Biggest Little
City, Reno.

What you will be doing:

• Perform loading and unloading of ceramic discs
• May move from process to process as necessary.
• Keeping proper documentation organized
• May be assigned to other duties in other departments or areas as needed.
• May be asked to perform other tasks as assigned by Lead and Manager.
What you will bring along:
• Be able to stand for long periods at a time
• Be able to perform the basic process operations in the manufacturing of thermistors in the assigned
work centers while meeting labor standards
• Ability to read and write
• Learn basic skills of Calipers
• May be required to deal with repetitive motions throughout the work shift
• May be required to handle heavy set up and tear downs of up to 15lbs throughout the work shift

Pay Rate: $15-$20/hr. depending on experience
