Migdal Ha‘emek is located in the North of Israel.
The factory in Migdal Ha'emek was established in 1996 and has approximately 300 employees.
Vishay Capacitors are embedded in various industries: Automotive, Telecom, Computers, Medical, Military, etc.

What you will be doing:
To lead IEHS Internal auditing/reporting program.
To follow-up recommendations generated by IEHS audits and inspections.
To communicate and implement IEHS goals and requirements.
To assure proper maintenance of any infr. Equipment, buildings and facilities according to annual preventive maintenance plan and infrastructure standards.
To act proactively to maintain MOB risk exposure at the lowest level.
To keep continuous operation and monitoring of equipment and facilities and assure minimum business interruptions.
To monitor utilities resources consumption as water, energy and wastes, initiating and communicating utilities resource reduction projects.
To keep strictly that infrastructure supplies are meeting production specification.
To communicate new installations, and engineering matter with infrastructure regional engineering.
To follow-up property insurance recommendations.
To maintain and enforce appropriate current building & planning regulations and updates.
What will you bring along:
Engineer (B.sc), mechanical / Electrical background.
Projects management – Advantage
Minimal term of 5 years relevant experience in process industrial facility.
Ability to work in a diverse team with different positions.
Exellent human relations and services.
