Job Description

  • Monthly uploading, review, and analyses Management reporting.
  • Assist in quarterly and yearly reports to be submitted to regional office.
  • Assist in various adhoc reports or data requests by Regional/Corporate office/local management.
  • Balance sheet review; payroll JV upload
  • Updating SKF and executing cycles in SAP for cost allocation/distribution.
  • Assist in preparation of budget and forecasts.
  • Statutory & Tax Audit co-ordination.
  • Payroll Related Accounts Reconciliation & Line-item management.
  • Responsible for reviewing of availability of funds, transfer of funds & currency conversion
  • Sox documents maintenance and updation
  • Reviewing Foreign Exchange exposures and plan for minimizing Foreign Exchange risks
  • Vendor account creation/change in SAP
