Job description:

· Participate on SIEM/SOC activities, such as active monitoring and Incident Response

· Oversee security monitoring program ensuring critical daily tasks and processes are maintained and improved as required

· Assist building and maintaining the IT Security Program and assist on the conduction of the overall effort to identify security gaps and vulnerabilities within the infrastructure and drives projects to address gaps.

· Assist the implementation of enterprise security projects and controls

· Recommend security enhancements to management or senior IT staff

Experience/Education/Certifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field

· 2+ years of experience working within Information Security technologies

or

· 2+ years of experience working with SIEM solutions

· Deep understanding of information systems and security infrastructure

· Experience in 2nd/3rd level support in Security incident and/or Breach management

Skills:

· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex concepts to a diverse audience (leadership, management, end users and vendors alike)

· Understanding Malware lifecycle

· Knowledge of frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CKTM

· Demonstrate creative thinking, problem solving skills, and risk analysis

· Basic project management skills with the ability to organize activities, manage task, and report status effectively

· Experience in incident response, penetration testing and vulnerability management

· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within complex teams

· Possess a flexible, proactive, can-do attitude

· Able to travel internationally (tea annual meetings and training)

· Available to work on daily shifts

· Team player
