HR Manager

Vishay HiRel Systems (Zhuhai) Electronics is currently seeking a full time HR Manager,

Primary Responsibilities:

HR strategy

-Translate business needs into HR strategies, action plans, in the areas of culture building, leadership and people development, communication and engagement, workforce planning, talent, retention, performance management, compensation, staffing & recruitment strategy, etc

-Provide HR consulting services and solutions to support biz goals.

HR Performance management

Manage HR performance and control the results including turnover, C&B, recruiting, training, budget, etc.

HR projects

-Transmit and localize Regional HR projects

-Initiate changes/ projects to improve organization effectiveness

HR policies & practices

-  Develop, Maintain and communicate HR policies to support business objectives and comply with legal, EICC/CSR requirements and corporate & regional policies

-  Conduct training to management team and employees for HR related topics

Industrial Relation

Proactively build positive and strong relationship with Labor Union & employees, government to understand their needs, requirements and challenges, and ensure both Company and employees interest are fairly secured

Team Development

Develop career path and training plan for subordinates to enhance their competencies

Requirements:

-Bachelor degree and above,With major in Human Resources Management or Equivalent

-5+ years MNC experience in HR, with at least 2 years management experience

-Labor Law, Union Law,EICC knowledge,Fluent spoken & written English
