Where You’ll Work & The Scope:

Vishay Electro-Films is currently seeking a Sr. Product Marketing Manager who will be in the driver’s seat of the business and lead all major activities focused on driving revenue growth and profits.  We’re looking for an experienced leader with technical expertise to join our growing organization.

 

How You’ll Help Us Build the DNA of Tech:

  • Develop and execute an appropriate strategy for each product line in terms of expected sales and margins. Create actions plan to effectively manage each strategy.
  • Maintain and strengthen close relationships with the customers, as well as with colleagues from the global organization.
  • Participate and lead all price negotiations for customers and distributors.
  • Collaborate with Company marketing communications team to provide guidance in preparing marketing collateral, web-site presence, advertisement, campaigns, press releases and technical articles
  • Support catalog distribution for samples and collateral design information to ensure customer product availability
  • Develop new products ideas and business opportunities
  • Provide marketing intelligence to justify capital spending projects
  • In partnership with Senior Management assist in annual budget process, forecasting, 5 year planning, and business reviews
  • Conduct market assessments to identify changes, trends, and competitors’ information and evaluate how these factors may impact Division margin and revenue

 

Experience You’ll Need:

  • Ideal candidate will possess an innovative mindset, have flexibility, and thrive in a changing business environment
  • 5+ years of product marketing experience preferably in a technical or highly compliance-oriented industry such as electronics, manufacturer of military products, or medical manufacturing
  • Technical / professional education required, master’s degree or equivalent a plus
  • Management and team leadership experience with strong analytical skills
  • Outgoing professional with exception communication skills
  • Intercultural competence required; global work experience is preferred
  • Advanced negotiation and presentation skills
  • Able to lead and motivate a remote global team
  • Capable of making sound business decisions
  • Willing to travel globally
