Job description:

     (For Associate Engineer: Under instruction and observation from the supervisor)

• Manage the production process to achieve the product type and quantity targets based on the production plan, and level the work-in-progress in the process.
• Manage staff, improve multi-skilled operators and team management skills of leaders.
• Manage equipment and facilities to maintain and improve quality, efficiency and safety.
• Comply with the items determined for quality control and optimize the control items
• Manage material orders systematically to reduce costs.

Position requires:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience and minimum 3years management experience.
• Handling with Japanese and English (business level is preferable)
• Knowledge or experience of QC, 5S and Statistics preferred
• Knowledge of ISO9001, 14001 and 45001 preferred
