Job position title:

• Associate Engineer/Engineer, Process Engineering

• Vishay Polytech Co., Ltd.  Miharu Town, Fukushima, Japan

Job description:

     (For Associate Engineer: Under instruction and observation from the supervisor)

• Responsibility for the manufacturing process of tantalum capacitors
• Analyzing processes and problems in the lines and leading organized and documented solutions.
• Dealing with the challenges of the current process and providing production support.
• Productivity improvement and continuous improvement of the various products in the production line.
• Performing statistical analyses
• Performing engineering experiments to qualify new processes, to increase productivity, certify raw materials, etc.
• Perform cost reduction by means of defect reduction, using cheaper material, productivity improvement.
• Made / administrate delivery specification, procurement specification, design master data.
• Made technical document, handle with technical data, environmental data and survey of conflict related mineral etc.

Position requires:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry /Physics /Electricity or equivalent.
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience (or equivalent academic experience/knowledge)
• Handling with Japanese and English(business level is preferable)
• Knowledge of Patent and Design preferred
• Knowledge of JIS,JAITA,EIA,AEC preferred
