Facilities Technician

Main Responsibilities:

  • Daily monitoring and operation of facilities equipment
  • Prepares daily report thru logbook
  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance activities  for the  following:
    • Ovens
    • Exhaust System
    • U.P.S.
    • Water pumps,
    • DI & waste   water  treatment plant
  • Operates and maintain facilities emergency equipment such as:
    • Genset
    • U.P.S.
    • Fire  extinguishers/fire pumps
  • Troubleshooting and repair of electrical system such as:
    • Power panel
    • Breaker
    • Oven controls
    • Convenience Outlet
  • Major Facilities Equipment
  • Monitoring of resource consumption of the ff:
    • Gas
    • Energy
    • Water
    • Chemicals
  • Monitoring and inspection of all  firefighting equipment (i.e.) fire alarm system, fire suppression system , fire  extinguisher, fire pump and fire hydrant system
  • Legal requirements
    • Act as fire brigade
    • WWTP and Exhaust system operation
  • Legal requirements

  •  SOX Compliance
  • Understand SOX requirements and compliance
  • Supports the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Code of Conduct (formerly EICC)
  • Assists   and   supports   the Company’s health and safety programs

 

Job Requirements:

  • At  least  graduate of  two years course in technology, or its  equivalent
  • Experience  in trouble shooting and equipment maintenance
