HR Manager

Vishay in China is currently seeking a full time HR Manager responsible for full spectrum of China Sales offices HR operations and administration.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for compensation and benefit management of China Sales offices
  • Implement and administer HR policy and procedures and ensuring that practices are compliant with statutory requirements and guideline
  • Manage talent acquisition process, including orientation and onboarding initiatives
  • Involve in employee cost budgeting, forecasting and variance reporting.
  • Proposed HR interventions and collaborate with business head to better achieve organization objectives.
  • Analyze current HR practice and payroll system to develop a point of view on future projects and value add to

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent in Human Resources or related fields
  • Good exposure to various aspects of HR function
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and legislations.
  • At least 10 years of relevant HR experience
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin
