Workday Integrations Lead (m/f/d) Europe
Where You'll Work & The Scope: Vishay is currently seeking a full time Workday Integration Lead to join our newly built HRIS team as we begin the transformational journey of centralizing our HR technologies and processes from across the globe. This individual will lead the design and implementation of our Workday integration and interface landscape, ensuring we accurately and efficiently integrate and interface our Workday Human Resources data to both internal and external customers. We’re looking for an individual with previous Workday integration and interface experience at a global organization or partner firm with strong customer service orientation, excellent communication skills and a keen ability to understand, address and troubleshoot business requirements. You will be part of Global HRIS team.
How You’ll Help Us Build the DNA of Tech:
- This individual would work directly with key HR stakeholders from across the globe providing inputs on system capabilities as well as driving integration design, development, testing, delivery and future enhancements
- Serves as a technical specialist for the global team and provide guidance with a high degree of reliance placed on individual's HR interpretations and advice
- Take ownership of integration workstream in the project and ensure a seamless end to end data flow between Workday & external system
- Maintain Workday HCM data integration and interface expertise and consult with internal and external customers to oversee Vishay’s HR data landscape
- Expert in timekeeping and payroll integrations
- Help establish global data requirements and ensure data integrity within our HR organization
- Understand Vishay's business requirements and help configure and test the Workday HCM integrations to meet our needs
- Collaborate with our implementation partner, global HR users, IT and external vendors as needed for data integration while ensuring compliance with all country, state and local regulatory data requirements
The Experience You’ll Need:
- 5 years Human Resources Information Systems experience with at least 3 years of Workday integration administration/ data migration experience
- Workday Integration Certification including Pro track
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- German Speaking (not mandatory)
- Payroll experience is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Advance knowledge of HR and experience of working with global team
- Demonstrated customer service, communication, and organizational skills
