Global HR Academy Coordinator (m/f/d)

How You’ll Help Us Build the DNA of Tech:

• Coordinating and administrating international learning activities and projects
• Ensuring appropriate documentation and evaluation of Academy initiatives
• Monitoring Academy key processes
• Developing and managing the annual Academy activity calendar to ensure all annual events and processes, and project-related activities are planned and executed successfully
• Attending international projects around system implementation and Academy process creation
• Attending specific system Workday configuration training to become an expert
• Operating in an international environment 

The Experience You’ll Need:

• 2- 3 years working experience in HR and project management
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Enthusiasm for technology
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable in working in a global environment and collaborating with different internal departments and external providers
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily work
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English and German
