We are looking in Selb for a

Coordinator Global Employee Development (m/f/d) 

Tasks:

• Organizing and participating in international assessments - mainly regarding the evaluation of data and the preparation of the respective documentation
• Attending international projects around system implementation and process creation - mainly in an administrative role
• Operating in an international environment

Requirements: 

• Completed degree in BA - focus HR Management
• Some years of professional experience around Employee Development, assessments including psychometrical evaluations would be desirable
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Experience with HR Systems
• Intercultural competencies
