Quality Engineer
Quality Engineer:
- Allocate final control inspection activity to Final control operators
- Maintaining and updating the Training module
- Training to the new joined operators
- Timely Analysis of customer complaint and monitoring of corrective actions on customer complaint
- Publish the Weekly performance Final control report and Short-term reliability failure reports.
- Analysis of Top faults 3 faults in PDCA way for the lots rejected at Final control and initiative corrective actions
- Carryout Dock Audit at Loni Warehouse for the Auto customers
- Submit sample inspection reports as required by sampling dept.
- Preparation & updation of ABC List of RM.
- Audit of Local Suppliers to improve supplier’s quality.
- Monitoring & tracking for Whisker & Lead content.
- Belt complaint analysis & corrective actions through 8D approach from supplier.
- Raising complaints of RM & initiate corrective action at suppliers end through 8D.
- Inspection of damaged consignment & circulation of reports to Store & Purchase so as to claim for insurance.
