Qualification: ME/ M Tech Mechatronics
Experience: 5 – 10 years
Key requirement/ responsibility –
• Process automation through SPM and implementation of new upcoming technologies in manufacturing processes.
• Application of robotics /AI in manufacturing processes.
• Usage of project methodology while delivering tasks
• Designing, developing and enhancing electro-mechanical systems and mechatronic devices.
• Creating automated systems/ machines and the software to control them also Preparation of machine specification and parameter optimization.
• Conducting research, documenting findings, and presenting reports at meetings
• Preparation of project documentation e.g. Drawings and SOP.
• Co-ordination with vendor and cross-functional Team for project execution
• Knowledge of IoT and implementation of IoT modules
• Time study, Routing of the processes.
• Identifying areas of weakness in the production line or finished products and making recommendations for improvement
• Provide training to the shop floor employees for new processes and process changes.
Skills-
▪ Knowledge of design/automation software’s, Software Languages used in manufacturing
▪ Programming of CNC , VMC machines
▪ Create embedded software design programs
▪ Analytical thinking
▪ SAP knowledge.
