Officer HR

Job brief

We are looking for a qualified HR business partner to oversee all human resources operations and ensure they’re aligned with our business goals.

Our ideal candidates should have solid experience of more than 5 years with HR practices and employee management. Should also possess hands on experience on administration activities.

Ultimately, he/she should be able to act as a consultant on human resources management and organizational changes.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with functional managers and provide daily HR guidance
  • Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
  • Provide HR policy guidance
  • Responsible for building strong talent pipelines and managing recruitment . Assist and report on workforce and succession planning
  • Suggest new HR strategies related but not limited to Employee Engagement
  • Using experience, skills and knowledge of the HR industry to make an impact in key areas such as change management, organizational design, employee engagement and talent analytics
  • Prepare and collate input for the monthly payroll of all on site staff
  • Provide support to the FM team  
  •  Upkeep of office administrative facilities and ensure availability of daily miscellaneous requirements to provide harmonious work culture to employees.
  • Attend team meetings and produce subsequent minutes / actions
  • Proven work experience as an HR business partner
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Analytical and goal oriented
  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
  • Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
