Microsoft Administrator

The Microsoft SCCM admin who ideally possess 6+ years of strong technical experience.

• Lead & participate in SCCM infrastructure upgrades, configuration, support and maintenance.
• Builds technical plans and manages the upgrade of SCCM servers and SCCM clients.
• Acts as a Subject Matter Expert for SCCM related technical escalations
• Ensures that SCCM infrastructure meets the service availability metrics by monitoring SCCM services, client healthiness, performance tuning and capacity planning & troubleshooting advanced SCCM related issues.
• Lead and manage the troubleshooting of incidents, including joining crisis call and working with teams and vendors for a resolution.
• Adhere to internal process to support the service, including change management, and incident management policy.
• Perform pro-active analysis on day-to-day work to obtain automation on deliveries thereby reducing repetitive and standardized tasks/processes. Automate processes wherever possible/feasible.
• Take the lead with new initiatives (Windows 10 upgrade, package deployment, process simplification etc.)
• Take lead to drive other teams for new initiatives related to SCCM.
• Take ownership of technical deliverables and handle technical escalations for the team
• Conduct relevant Knowledge Sharing & Training sessions to develop skills of team members.
• Provide guidance to team members on day-to-day basis as required.
• The candidate should have good attitude and Team/Customer handling skill.

Candidate should have strong windows infrastructure background

Administrates large Active Directory services, policy and access management.
Works with Microsoft SaaS Cloud services like Office 365, AIP and Azure in general. Monitors and oversees the health of the environment, leads troubleshooting efforts.
Works with the globally dispersed Microsoft team.
Ensure error-free operation of a large scaled, hybrid Microsoft environment.
Windows Client Operating system troubleshooting.

Ideal Candidate should possess:

6+ years of experience with Microsoft Environments and SCCM.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline. (Microsoft certification is a plus)
Strong Windows infrastructure knowledge.
McAfee Endpoint technologies will be added advantage
