Job Purpose:

To promote corporate values and enable business success through human resources management, including job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, employment cycle changes and talent management.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:

A Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management or related fields

EXPERIENCE:

       > 15 years

Job Responsibilities:

 

  1. Develop, implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the business strategy.
  2. Direct and oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes.
  3. Support current and future business needs through the engagement and development of human capital.
  4. Develop, monitor HR strategies, systems and procedures across the organization
  5. Oversee effectiveness of appraisal system to enhance employee performance
  6. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  7. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  8. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
  9. Benchmark and sustain compensation and benefits program
  10. Nurture a positive working environment
