Do you want to be a part of the critical infrastructure in today’s growing technology?  Vishay Techno/Spectrol is looking for a full-time Lead Shipping/Receiving Clerk to join the The DNA of tech team!

An ideal candidate should be able to multitask, thrive in a collaborating team environment.  Takes the initiative and applies knowledge to perform the physical and administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing and distributing or materials, parts, supplies and equipment while being highly dependable and reliable.

Responsibilities:

• Picks, Packs, & Prepares FG shipment incl. SAP/Waves & InfoPac
• Lifts heavy items and operate a forklift
• Prepares and maintains records – SAP/Waves & InfoPac, & DF
• Prepares documentation for international shipments in accordance with Customs requirements. SAP/Waves & InfoPac, & DF
• Provide secondary cursory review of ITAR license and review of  Customs paperwork - raise potential issues with appropriate personnel.
• Cycle Counting
• May be asked to support other department projects/activities as required or assigned

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 - 3 years of experience in shipping and receiving
• Experience with shipping and receiving management systems:  SAP, Waves, InfoPac, DataFlow
• Must understand and be able to use a computer.  Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Must have a working knowledge of SAP
• Good verbal and written communications skills
• Knowledge of ITAR compliance

Pay Range:  $17 - $18/hour

This position requires access to information subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations and/or the Export Administration Regulations. As such, this position is open only to applicants who qualify as “U.S. Persons” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
