Human Resources Coordinator - Part-time

Vishay Thin Film is currently seeking a Part Time Human Resources Coordinator responsible for providing admistrative support to the HR department in such areas as recruitment, benefits, employee relations, wellness and file maitenance. 

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Complete recruiting responsibilities for direct labor positions including posting jobs, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, processing background checks and drug screens, performing new hire orientations & training, and entering new hires in the payroll portal.
  • Assists employees with HR computer applications, answers HR questions or directs employees to the appropriate source when necessary.
  • Maintains personnel and benefit files.
  • Maintains Wellness Board / TV, coordinates Wellness events.
  • Directs incoming phone calls to appropriate location.
  • Serves as a key communication point.  Posts communication in appropriate locations and distributes communication as instructed.
  • Performs other HR duties as assigned.

 

Requirements:

  • 3 - 5 years related experience
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
