Sr. Product Engineer

As a Senior Product Engineer for our Automotive business, you will work on new product development and production support for our Automotive product line - TrenchFET® N-Channel and P-Channel Power MOSFETs.
This position will functionally report to San Jose Automotive Product Engineering Management and will act as an extension of the corporate functions;
You will interface with design, process, test and reliability engineering to address and solve problems
Responsibilities
- To facilitate qualification and release of new products, covering new devices, new process and new packages
- To handle production support engineering after transfer from design to high volume production
- To sustain products for cost reduction and yield improvements
- To perform and review test and measurements using lab instruments and ATEs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of product engineering experience on MOSFETS product lines
- Familiar with AEC documents and requirements including qualification, SYL, SBL, SPC and FMEA strongly preferred
- Excellent oral, written English proficiency
- Excellent interpersonal, problem solving and strong computer skills
