Sr. FAE Engineer

Vishay Capella is currently seeking a permanent Sr. FAE Engineer responsible for:

Primary Responsibilities:

• To support assigned key customers, product design in/win and solve production problems. Offer customer technical advice and support failure sample analysis. 
• Technical support: Provide technical advices and solve product design & recommend mechanical design.
• Analysis support: Electrical analysis on failure sample. Support to find root cause. Co-worker with QA.
• Product Design In: Pre-Sales and design in products.
• Marketing: Update customers on new product information. Tracing competitive product and prices.
• Technical Training: Agents FAE technical training.

Rquirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electro-Optical  Engineering or above.
• 5 years + EE/RD experience in consumer products or 2 year + FAE customer support experience.
• Knowledge of Optical & EE Mechanical design. Speak, Read & Write fluent software driver support.
