Primary Responsiblities:

  • Meet customer complaint KPI targets
  • Meet internal cost of quality KPI targets
  • Maintain IATF/ISO Certifications
  • Customer Audits
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Physics or Engineering Degree. Master’s degree is a plus

  • 5+ years in semiconductor manufacturing related field.
  •  Familiar with Automotive and high reliability market segments
  • 8D methodology, including corrective and prevention action implementation
  • Knowledge of IATF/ ISO QMS, VDA is must and ZVEI is plus
  • Spoken & written English
  • Experience in people management
