 Reliability Lab Engineer


Job Description:


Overall responsibility of reliability lab operation.

Meet military and customer specifications in the ceramic capacitors test programs.

Tests performance in time.

Manage lab staff of minimum two technicians.

Verify that test results reported correctly and in compliance with internal and external quality standards IEC60384, MIL-PRF-123, MIL-PRF-55681 and internal procedures.

Monitor the integrity of the test and test results.

Prepare periodic (monthly/yearly) and special reports for internal use and for Defense Logistics Agency (USA).

Follows up on Lab test capacities on weekly basis.

Works with customers notifying them of scheduling, rescheduling, and expediting, alerts them to scheduling changes and problems.

Maintain Lab Test Database and Lab documentation. Supervises completeness of test records filled in by test technicians.

Review US Military and International standards.

Working with tests monitoring and control software.

Supervises for the PCB design, maintains contact with the PCB manufactures to resolve technical issues.




Technical knowledge in electronics & electricity – mandatory.

More than 2 years’ experience in electronics production and tests – mandatory.

Technical knowledge in materials or mechanical engineering or laboratory tests – advantage.

Familiarity with IEC60384, MIL-PRF-123 and MIL-PRF-55681 test standards – advantage.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in electronics or electrical engineering or similar
