מהנדס/ת תהליך

תיאור התפקיד:

• ניטור ושיפור של מגוון מוצרים בקו הייצור: מדידות, SPC
• שיפור כושר תהליך ופתרון לבעיות טכנולוגיות מורכבות ורוחביות
• הובלת פרויקטים להתייעלות, שיפור  והעלאת הYIELD
• בדיקות, חקר כשל ופתרון בעיות בתהליך ושיפור איכות המוצר
• כתיבת דוחות הנדסיים ומסמכים טכניים

דרישות התפקיד:

•    תואר ראשון בהנדסת חומרים / פיזיקה / כימיה – חובה

• ניסיון במפעל תעשייתי בכלל וברצפת ייצור בפרט – יתרון משמעותי
• אנגלית ברמה גבוהה – קריאה, כתיבה ודיבור
• יכולת ביטוי טובה בכתב ובע"פ
• נכונות לשעות נוספות
• יכולת אנליטית גבוהה - תכנון וניתוח נתונים, ביצוע ניסויים
• שליטה ב- MS OFFICE
• ידע בחומרים קראמיים ובתהליכי סינטור- יתרון
• ידע בתכנון וניתוח ניסויים DOE  - יתרון
• ידע בתוכנות: - MiniTab, JMPיתרון

job description: 

• Monitoring and improving a variety of products in the production line: Measurements, SPC
• Improving process capacity and solving complex and horizontal technological problems
• Leading projects for efficiency, improvement and increasing yield
• Testing, failure investigation and problem solving in the process and improving product quality
• Writing Engineering reports and technical documents

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in materials engineering / physics / chemistry - mandatory

• Experience in an industrial plant in general and on a production floor in particular - a significant advantage
• High level English - reading, writing and speaking
• Good expression ability in writing and on paper
• Willingness for overtime
• High analytical ability - planning and analyzing data, conducting experiments
• Knowledge in MS OFFICE
• Knowledge of ceramic materials and sintering processes - an advantage
• Knowledge of DOE experiment design and analysis - an advantage
• Knowledge of software: - JMP, MiniTab - an advantage
